Who we are...
RCA Bignami has been founded more than 30 years ago by Giorgio Bignami in Varese in Lombardy, Italy, and coming out of the graving business through his father's inheritance, he has started with the manufacturing of Rotary Cutting Tools and Cutting Modules for different applications.
Today RCA Bignami is one of the most important suppliers for Rotary Toolings in different qualities and for various applications.
As a still family owned company RCA Bignami is also one of the leading companies in the field of Converting and Pouching for Medical and Pharmaceutical applications.
Once the company had established itself in the field of Rotary Toolings and the regrinding and resharpening, RCA Bignami developed their own Cutting and Perforation Modules and started building the first Converting Machines for Band-Aids and Wound Care already in 2002.
Since then RCA Bignami is continuously developing and implementing novel technologies and innovative features, from Lab Scale equipment up to complete Converting Machines including Turnkey Lines to pharmaceutical and medical customers allover the world.
Where we are...
Our Headquarter is located in Varese in North of Italy, which is well known for its picturesque historical center, nice views of Lake Varese and the Alps, and the proximitiy to the Swiss border, in a beautiful area about 55km away from Milan.
In Varese you can find the Rotary Tooling Manufacturing and our Production site with machines being assembled.
In addition we have opened our German office in Schwäbisch Hall, where you can find us in the Karl-Kurz-Haus in Hessental.
