Rotary Cutting Tools
RCA Bignami manufacture precision engineered Cutting and Embossing Cylinders and Rotary Tools, manufactured to the highest industry standards, and designed for different materials starting from diapers through to any medical and pharmaceutical applications. RCA Bignami Rotary Dies are manufactured using state of the art equipment such as a 5-Axis CNC machine.
Each Cutting Cylinder or Anvil is indivually designed using the RCA Bignami CAD system, which can analyze the outline of the required cutting profile and the needed blade angles, depending on the application and the type of material to be cut and the production speed, with the target to increase the lifetime of the dies.
Different types and qualities of rotary cutting dies can be provided by RCA Bignami, depending on the application and the material:
- Standard - Sintered steel for standard applications
- Plus - Powder sintered steel for medium lifetime
- Top - Tungsten carbide for special material and long lifetime.
