Foam Dressings are a type of wound dressing made of soft polyurethane (PU) foam and are often used to treat wounds with moderate to heavy exudation.
They are known for their high absorbency and ability to maintain a moist wound environment, which can have a positive effect on wound healing.

RCA Bignami's converting machines can be used for manufacturing adhesive and non-adhesive Foam Dressings.
This includes not only the production of foams in different qualities but also the bonding and punching of different layers and materials such as nonwovens, silicones, superabsorbent polymers (SAP), or antimicrobial silver.
