Gauze Dressings

Wet products providing a moist wound climate

Gauze Dressings or Compresses made of textile fabric or mesh gauze are used for the gentle care and good ventilation of large wounds and burns.
Impregnating the gauze with ointment or gel prevents the wound from sticking, reduces scarring, and allows for gentle, atraumatic dressing changes.

The plain or folded products can be coated inline and placed between upper and lower parchment or PE before being sealed in four-side seal pouches.

RCA Bignami offers the technology for the production of these wound gauze and gel products.
